The entire experience was great .. first of all the entire staff is the best staff I've ever dealt with in my life and I've been to plenty of great hotels but this team is very professional and supportive and Im talking about each and every person of the staff including the Reception, Concierge and Service and Guests Relations and everyone who works there. The cleanliness and the rooms sizes are perfect .. the elevators are fast and big enough and the number of elevators also is perfect which helps to make the wait time not that long. And Ethar from the Guests Relations team was very professional and caring.
Id definitely repeat the experience a hundred times.
