Rude and aggressive receptionist. Threatening to cancel my booking cuz I did not call them to confirm my stay. He gave my the old trick of fake upgrade. He booked me for room with NO TV. Can u imagine the TV was removed purposely as seen on the pic attached.

We like the vibe of new renovated reception and lobby, it looks classy now unlike before that it is dark and feels like you are in a museum though missing the old looks having the vintage cars and other pieces in the lobby.
