Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was very good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Love it and definitely recommended!!
They give us an upgrade for the room and we had an awesome apartment with a great view.
The receptionist, Ms. Cristina (I hope I don't get the name wrong 😊) was so lovely and helpful, as well Ms. Daniela were so nice with us.

The hotel is very convenient for Slatina station, and as I was travelling around Romania by train, this had been the significant factor when choosing the hotel. There is a 24 hour reception (very convenient), the hotel was very easy to find, and everything inside was spotless. The room was a comfortable temperature ensuring a good night's sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

The host and their representatives were very nice and helpful, we unfortunately don't speak roman but it wasn't an issue at all, we either communicated in English or with Google translate :) The host checked on us if we needed new bed sheets, towels or anything else. The flat is clean and spacious with lots of storage and all basic necessities and it's located a few minute walk from a very nice park with some restaurants around it. There's a small corner store right next to the apartment and some bigger stores like Carrefour and Auchan nearby.
