This 18th century home was recently renovated, while still maintaining its unique features, such as the facade with traditional Portuguese tiled panels.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff and 5* service.
What we liked most:
1. Location and nice view

3. Breakfast with fresh juices and sparkling wine
4. Robes, slippers, extra towels
5. Welcome card with wine and small gifts for kids.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stay just one night, It was just an emergency stay for us, as we found out, that we were one night short of accommodation. There was an OK restaurant in the village.

Very large house, pictures didn't do it justice. Great facilities for cooking and washing clothes. Great value as well.
Lovely private outdoor area to relax. Not far from Porto moniz for the pools, and a nice bar down the road for the best poncha in Madeira and close to the levada walk

A beautiful town, with the wild Atlantic Ocean and beautiful nature. Great accommodation and great owners, very nice. A wonderful place for car trips to the Fanal forest, to the most beautiful levadas and to Porto Moniz to dig in the natural pools.

Seixal is gorgeous.
Seixal is gorgeous. We had family stay in resorts on the south side of the island and they regretted their decision after seeing Seixal. There were more clouds than in other locations on the island, but it was always comfortable, even in the middle of the night.

Seixal is a nice place to have a stay for 1-2 nights while planning to do a few hikes. It has a fabulous black sand beach and a few nice restaurants/bars and especially the natural pools in which you can swim.

The town is located near the ocean and near Fanal, the laurisilva forest. It's ideal place for relaxing. It's close to Porto Moniz (lava polls) and São Vicente (vulcanic caves), destinations ideal for one day trip. What we really enjoy was calm vibe of the town.
