The style of the hotel was unique and really relaxing. It was very comfortable and the staff was exceptional in its care, professionalism and friendliness. It was a pleasure to stay there. The tasting menu was delicious as was the breakfast.

This is a lovely, quiet spot with clean, spacious rooms and a pretty garden that was excellent for our little boy to run around in. He played on the little playground and swam in the pool and it was perfect! Phillipe was always on hand to assist if we needed anything too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room was very stylish, big and overall nice. The showers were very good and roomy with very good water pressure. AC was wonderful and quiet. Big balcony with nice view. Bed was nice with comfortable pillows. Nice TV with adjustable distance to the bed.
Breakfast was diverse, with a lot of different and local/seasonal items.
Very nice to include the pool access (although we didn't had time to go)

This place is a piece of heaven away from people and touristic craziness if you want to isolate and enjoy slow living. The place is so lovely, the temperature is perfect in Summer as we had 20-25 degrees on average, it is true that the water in the ocean is cold, but it is highly compensated by nice food, good weather and great people. I totally recommend you to try this destination, specifically the "Santa Cruz" apartments, in the Santa Helena building, one of the bests apartments I´ve been.

The hotel directly faced the beach with rugged, stormy waves and you could view the beach from your own private deck or from every floor of the hotel as there were gorgeous decks with fire pits across the front of each floor of the main hotel. We stayed in the villa green with a family of 4 and it was the luxury and private space we hoped for. Having access to the hotel lobby, bar and pool (if you are over 16 years) was the cherry on top as it was peaceful and child free. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble! A perfect 5 star holiday place , we were blown away !

The apartment is cozy and lovingly furnished with everything you need. The beaches that are around Santa Cruz are stunning and in town you find great restaurants.
