It felt very homely, like staying with distant relatives who you don't speak the same language as. Everyone was so nice and also the dogs were very funny. Felt very private to be in the cabin on the other end of the property. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area, who prefers a down to earth and simple accommodation.

A lovely historical building full of character, very quiet with and enclosed garden. I stayed in the red room, which was lovely, spacious, with original furniture and views to the closed courtyard.
