Good selection of food at breakfast - buffet style so you could eat as much or as little as you wanted.
Beautifully located at the bank of river Nida and its Nature...
Beautifully located at the bank of river Nida and its Nature 2000 protected zone, Sobków offers a reasonable distance to most of tourist highlights in the Świętokrzyskie area. Kayaking is a must, but go for a longer trip (3 hours is a minimum) starting upstream on Czarna Nida (Black Nida).
Avoid the restaurant in the Castle Sobków - it is quite eye catching but the food is terrible. Restaurant Da Vinci in Chęciny offers so much better quality for the same price (even though lacks the look).
This is a special place, where a family welcomes you to their table. They are flexible, accepting early arrival or late breakfast. I felt so happy there, like it was a home, not a hotel. They take care of the old castle, showing us all what being a host really means - bringing so much smile and a helping hand to the guests. I will come back just to enjoy this.
