Everyone is really nice welcoming, staff is very accommodating. Our room was clean and big with a good set up. Beds and sheets very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with many available choices. It is located across the street from the airport, super easy to catch your flight.

A gem in every way. The ambient is unique, the hotel was many amenities, and extras, its restaurant has a superb menu and the meals are well selected. The customer service is outstanding. I needed a toothpaste, an umbrella, a taxi, over the counter pain medication, etc., that was all provided quickly and smoothly. I wish only they have double stacked up mattresses in beds. They are a little low and don’t fit the best into the glamour all the rest provides. Nonetheless, they are comfortable and pleasant. The location is second to none!!
I will ABSOLUTELY stay at this hotel whenever in visit Krakow!

Very convenient location as close to the airport.
We arrived late at night and the host was waiting for us outside. We stayed one night and went on with our journey after lovely breakfast. We're vegetarians and were served hand made, locally sourced produce.
If you're vegan you will have to contact the host in advance so she can arrange some food for you which I'm sure won't be a problem .
