Staff was super accommodating, provided two fans to help with the high temperatures of the room. The window only opened a few inches and there was no AC.

I did stay twice: once Aug. 26 - 27 and the second time September 1 - September 2.
The location is very convenient if one is driving to or from Kaliningrad.
The receptionist speaks excellent English and is very helpful.
My objective was to get a comfortable rest to drive in the early morning the next day and it was fulfilled.
I like the soup menu in the restaurant and the prices are reasonable.

Malbork is a clean and pleasant town, well maintained by a local government even offering free transport as an initiative to reduce the use of private cars.
The main attraction is the medieval castle which is a must to see. There are also a lot of places to shop and to eat, and many pastry and cake shops.
As transport is free, go for a ride around town to see more of it.

It’s is enough to see and enjoy for at least two days. Lots of tourists attractions. One day we were following the tourist route thru the City monuments and the other day we dated for the long Castle tour. There are also excellent bikes paths, water canoes trips etc..
The restaurants could improve quite a bit, but close buy this appartment where I was staying, on the opposite side of the Castle, I found a great eating place called “Cynamonowe Sklepy”, which serves old traditional Polish/Prussian food, which is excellent and in a very good price range. For the rest the city seems quiet and under major development! I enjoy a 2 good relaxing and interesting historical days!

Malbork is a great place to stay for a couple fo days.
Malbork is a great place to stay for a couple fo days. The castle itself requires minimum a day to enjoy it fully. The town itself is compact and easily covered on foot, with plenty of great walks. There are nice restaurants/cafes, and not far away there is a Dinopark - great place to spend day with kids with some simple rides, tree climbing trails and more.

Malbork Castle is huge! There is lots to see.
Malbork Castle is huge! There is lots to see. We went for the siege reenactment festival & it was busy, but great fun. Well worth the price of the tickets. The 'fire show' was spectacular, I would go again just for that alone, I've never seen anything like it. Well done Malbork.

There is absolutely nothing to do apart from the old castle.
There is absolutely nothing to do apart from the old castle. There's barely a decent restaurant. I regretted staying there. Should have stayed at Gdansk and made it a day's excursion to visit the Malbork castle.

The hotel itself is fine but if you are travelling on business they do not tell you that you need to tell them on check in that you want a receipt and if you ask for it on check out you can not have it - do not stay here
This hotel is about a twenty minute ride & walk from the train station; however, it’s worth the effort. It is located on the opposing bank of the Nogat River across from the largest Medieval castle in Europe. Our room had a balcony that faced the castle and offered very nice views of the same. The food offerings at the restaurant were very good, whether it be the extensive breakfast or dinner. I would stay here again.
Someone met us at the exact time of the appointment to get the keys. The house had everything you could need for a quick stay in Malbork. It's a 15 min walk away from the train station and 5 min away from the castle. Comfy beds, nice little sitting room, and walkable to restaurants as well. The town is very small with not much to do but the apartment was perfect for us.
Apartment was spotless. A lot of hotels could learn how to clean from the owners of this apartment. Beds are really comfortable, the internet was super fast broadband. There was plenty of free parking outside the building, local small supermarket is literally 2 minute walk. Apartment is located 10 minute walk from the Malbork castle too.
Amazing host and great apartment with fantastic location. Host is extremely helpful and goes all the way to make sure guest are content. Me and my son found it to be the best stay during our entire trip aroumd Poland (enjoyed it more than some 4 star hotels). Highly recommended and affordable!
The best ratio of price & service I’ve ever met. Super good location, near the Malbork castle and close to the city centre. Very clean and nice room, bath was in a very good condition. The breakfast was well served and very delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Parking was not an issue. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and cozy. We walked to the castle which was only 15 minutes away . I highly recommend this place and will stay again if we return to Malbork again.
Gościniec w Malborku is perfectly located stay. Very close to the castle and city center. There was a parking place and outside sitting areas with grill. The apartment was very well equiped with everything needed for any length of stay. Perfect !
Wonderful location directly opposite the world famous Malbork (Marienburg) castle and the river. I could even see the castle from my room window! Free parking, very nice room and pleasant host. Excellent price for the location and the room.
Great location near to the medieval Malbork castle complex which was the reason I booked the room.
Lady at the reception was kind also the waitresses in the fastfood restaurant in the hotel object were helpfull.
Extremely close to the Zamek. The castle is literally around the corner. Clean apartment with everything you need and the apartment owner was delightful and gave good instructions on how to enter the property.
Location is perfect, right in the center of the city and 5 min walks from Malbork castle.
Apartment is spacious, with one large balcony and well furnished.
There are free parking places close by.
Great apartment in a wonderful location! Spacious, bright and comfortable. I only stayed two nights but I would be more than happy to stay in this apartment for an extended stay.
The room was perfectly clean, the staff was nice and helpful. Hotel is nearby the Malbork castle, also has restaurants around. Would definitely recommend staying here.
