My experience at Tadeusz was truly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was efficient. Absolutely perfect yet again. This time I booked for my mum and her friend and the customer service I received was beyond exceptional and friendly. Everything was taken care of and i had no worries or problems at all. Alot of the bigger well known hotel chains could definitely learn alot from the staff at Hotel Kastel.
