We had a nice night's stay at Hotel Azyl before taking a flight out of Wroclaw Airport. The hotel has lovely outdoor spaces and areas to sit / dine outside. The building was quiet, though there was some noise from the street. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff are very kind and responsive. The breakfast is very good, varied, rich, qualitative coffee. The room and bathroom are spacious, well equipped and clean. Spacious bed, comfortable mattress and pillow. A peaceful surrounding and beautiful view. Nice place to stay, it's worth coming back.
The palace is beautifully renovated, in a quiet, green area.
One of the rooms two rooms we had gave a feeling of being a guest of a palace in XIX century, with a an old, comfortable bed, old closet and a stylish bathroom in a tower.
We loved the terrace, the balcony and the garden - again, feeling like in the XIX century place.
In the evening, the restaurant offered good quality food and the restaurant's staff was sympathetic.
The rooms and overall the hotel were super clean and making a very good impression.
Night stuff was not friendly or helpful on our arrival.
We came with 2 sleeping kids on our shoulders very late night and been told our room doesn't have sleeping facilities for 4 people and and they are not responsible for what is booking offering us (we booked room for 4 people w2 adults 2 kids) Hotel was completely empty (corona time) but receptionist refused us accommodate us to bigger room.
She brought us extra bed on the end - but everything we had to go through was just not necessary ..
This is such a beautiful Palace surrounded by woodland and lakes. Also the hotel is pet friendly and there are many paths for walking and cycling. Generous grounds around hotel are perfect for relaxing in a quiet nature with lake views, rope swings, sun loungers and a various house cats roaming around. . The Palace has a rich history linked to napoleon's times and is restored and furnished to a high standard reflecting its past. Overall this is a perfect place for peaceful and relaxing stay.
Chosen as a driving break while heading farther east. The hotel is right next to petrol station, handy for fueling up, and just across the road from Katy Wroclawski's small but busy railway station - if you're a trainspotter you'll love it. From the outside it looks awful - some kind of gritty industrial facility. However, inside the en suite rooms were pretty good. Parking easy for a big truck next to station.
Wonderful little castle in beautiful surroundings. Good size room with comfortable bed and nicely renovated. Good temperature in the room despite the very hot weather. Nice breakfast that we Could eat in the courtyard. Rustic and familiar hotel. We felt very much at home. The staff was amazing.

There was a some missundertanding with the booking process, but everything was solved fastly.
Clean, nice room. Just one thing - if you need a silence for sleeping, better chose another hotel, because the railway is close.
Otherwise everything was ok.
Listen, this is one of the most privileged places I've met in my 73 years, after being in hundreds or thousands of hotels in the world.
The special and ancient building, the atmosphere, the beauty of every detail in the place. just wonderful!
Perfect location for the fellow drivers from/to Germany. Very comfortable plaza just next to the hotel with grocery store and reasonable options of fast food. Great restaurant on-site.
Outstanding walk around the hotel amongst the gardens and lakes. Food was exceptional and reasonably priced. Coffee is roasted on the premises and doubles your normal quantity.
