Very nice breakfast selection. It's also well worth including lunch/dinner in the price as you get a delicious 2-course meal (different on each day). Shared fridge/freezer in the hallway was also very handy to keep your drinks cool. The host was very friendly gentleman.

Nice and stylish (Austrian Alps hotel lookalike) place. Rooms are spacious and very clean. And they also look good.
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, it will be even better if they speak some more english :-)
Hotel is located quite near the "center" (if Karpacz has something like a center) so most of the points of interest are in the walking distance.
I'd recommend hotel pool and sauna. It was awesome and we had used it every day.
Also restaurant was good and we enjoyed every food we ordered.

When we arrived at the hotel in the dark on Friday evening,...
When we arrived at the hotel in the dark on Friday evening, November 3. we immediately had to pay the full amount of Euro 240,- without being able to see the room. Upon entering, it was a shock - the air in room 406 was very musty, we had to open the window, the curtains were dirty in many places from killed flies and mosquitoes, the wallpaper on the walls was scratched, the bedside tables were rickety, the bed was very small (we had ordered an extra big size bed). Instead, the two 85 cm wide single beds in the room were quite cracked. The hotel is generally in a shabby and neglected condition, everything is very worn, scratched, rickety, very old room equipment, the wardrobes in the room are cracked, the hotel has no elevator, dirty, old room cards, the reluctance of the receptionists.
The room did not match any of the photos on the website or booking.com. The hotel does not have the specified number of stars - the level corresponds to a maximum of 3*, in which case the price is overpriced. Sample tourist trap.
We complained on the spot (in English) that this place/room did not match the photos on booking com and we wanted a refund. The reception refused, saying that they would give us back a maximum of EUR 60. Outrageous. When we listed the obvious shortcomings and wanted them to look at the slaughterhouse with us, they were arrogant and offered to return half the amount, i.e. EUR 120. We didn't want to deal with them anymore and immediately left this place.

Beautiful town, beautiful buildings, parks, many restaurants, shops, plenty of attractions for adults and children. Definitely go to Wang Church which is breathtaking both outside and inside. As for nature I recommend Krucze Skaly, Sniezka and mountain lake Maly staw. These were absolute top for me.

There are some amazing trips in the area around - Sniezska Mountain, Karkonosze National Park, old mines. However, the town itself is crowded with tourists, full kitsch souvenirs, neon banners, slot machines etc. Parking places near the attractions are scarce - there are big parking lots near the valley station of the cable car, but they are not enough and they are overpriced - municipal parking costs 25 Zl per day but the "private" ones - open areas with a person collecting the fee but not doing anything useful - are 30 Zl or more. They even charge you for entering the national park - if you use the main entry paths, the smaller ones have no ticket desk.

Really nice if you want to hike up the mountain and take some beautiful pictures. The are different options to get to the top, so you don't have to hike if you don't wanna or can't. Views are amazing and Karpacz itself is also a nice mountain town with good restaurants, shops that work on Sunday and other pleasing stuff.

We stayed for too short time and the weather was not nice, so we couldn't really see many places. We just took a ride around and went for lunch in Hotel Astoria, where we were happy with food and service as well.
It's not a place with wide roads and can have a lot of tourists. Sometimes hard to get any parking. That's because it's really pretty place and lot's of people is coming there.
The hotel is situated in a lovely setting, within its own manicured grounds, on the outskirts of Karpacz. Local Tesco and a petrol station nearby.
The hotel offers a decent size swimming pool, tepidarium, a salt grotto where you can relax to nice, soothing music. There is also a jacuzzi and, the cherry on top, a small swimming pool on the roof.
Breakfast was very nice, a lot of choice, hot and cold dishes, cakes and fresh fruit were on offer every day.
Very nice hotel with beautiful gardens all around it. The room was quite large and nicely furnished with a king bed which was very comfortable. Lot’s of spa options which were included in the stay, including large underground pool. And breakfast had a really extensive selection of items, many of which were really good!
Location close to the center and Sandra aquapark. No stairs to enter the apartment. Parking in front of the building. Quite place, perfect restaurant 50 m walk distance. Nice view from windows. Size of the flat was comfortable. Comfortable beds and sofa. Perfectly cleaned which is our priority. SUPER!
Trendy, modern, comfortable, stylish. Hi-tech Wi-Fi heating system controlling temperature throughout the apartment, A/C system, and all appliances we needed during our stay. Lots of open space and windows. Friendly host, great with children. We felt at home, and comfortable.
SPA
- Location (mountains and fields around)
- Breakfast and dinner
- Sport (biliard, table foorball, xbox, playstation)

- Good view from balcony
- Good rooms with fridge and teapot
The hotel is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the centrum of Karpacz. There is big parking lot next to the entrance (30 Zł per day). They serve a simple but good breakfast. And there is a indoor swimming pool.
The hotel is really nice, everything is very fresh. It's quite up the hill and from there you can have a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was great. Plus for the drawers in the bathroom.
Hotel is located in the heart of city center. very good location. Staff is very nice , friendly and happy to help with all kind of questions, especially Asia at the reception is an amazing person!
It was a comfortable and specious flat for our 3 generation family to stay while on our holiday in Karpacz. There is plenty of space to put your things away. The kitchen was well equipped.
A very comfortable space, everything’s new (or very fresh at least). We loved billiards and jacuzzi especially :) And breakfasts are simply the best. Many thanks to the staff!
This place is great if you have kids. Not so much for the elderly. Hotel rooms extremely dated no air conditioning. My Mother has mobility issues and it was a night mare.
Excellent hotel, amazing location, ski slope few meters away. 10 min walk to the town centre and Bacchus bus stop. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
