I was happy to get a confirmation; but in a couple of minutes the property owner messaged me that my booking had to be cancelled due to earlier commitment or double booking on my chosen dates via another app. At first, I was dismayed but I understood that it was not the fault of the property owner yet the latter was humble enough to apologize. I suggest booking.com had to check on this double booking so as to avoid inconvenience to your avid customers.

Comfortable and self catering, great value for money, Supermarket Mall near by, and inside the subdivision there is home cooked food delivery which is reasonably priced and delicious. Also a small supply shop outside the property with a very friendly shop keeper. A Starbucks very near too that opens early, and also many other restaurants and shops/services in the neighbourhood. Very good transport too. The best part, is Ms Rosalie who is an excellent host. Extremely responsive and very helpful and cares about her guests, also has a lot of knowledge about the local area and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I recommend to anyone who needs a temporary base in St Rosa.
