The staff were cordial, but the front desk staff were a bit detached. The bed was comfortable, and the bed linen appeared clean. There is roof deck lounge where guests can congregate and socialize or drink or eat late. The paid breakfast is also in the same lounge. Outside the lounge is an open veranda with a small smoking section, while providing a small section of the highrise buildings of the business center of the city.

I liked the location, it is near the newport theater. I liked that the hotel has an access to the mall. The pool was beautiful. The interiors of the hotel and room are exquisite.
