I am Filipina and I stayed with my British family (my husband and 2 children). Working in a hotel makes me appreciate, how much hard working the staff are in this hotel especially in the heat of the day! Everyone was welcoming and incredible. We are coming back again next year! Happy hour was amazing! The lovely lifeguard was amazing, he took my husband out on his day off to show him the snorkeling around the area! Kids saw turtles, nemo! Highly recommend. The bad reviews are for people who clearly are looking for something to complain :) this place is PARADISE!

We pretty much loved everything! Amazing hotel!One of the best we stayed in the Philippines. Beautiful and clean! The pool area was amazing to chill at and also watched a beautiful sunset there! The staff were very friendly and helpful- top service. Complementary things in the room like flip flops. Even though we hadn’t booked for it, there was someone waiting for us at the airport! (There was a small charge for this service).

This is a great place! Good breakfasts and very friendly staff. The hotel is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Keep in mind that the hotel is far from the city, so if you plan to engage in any activities on the island, be aware that taxis will cost 2000-3000 pesos.
