I'd rate the facilities at 2/5, but with how helpful the owner was (5+/5), I'd put the place at 3.5/5. Note that there is a gate, so if you need to leave early, youd need to inform owner about this, so that they open the gate. I'd recommend the owners to stay at this apartment for 2 days themselves, to see the critical missing parts.

If you want to do day trips by car it's a good base. Owners very nice and two cute dogs. You can use their outdoor kitchen to prepare something simple. As I decided to stay spontaneously one more night, they gave me another room which was 1000 times nicer (calm and more comfortable) and totally worth the price.
