I had stayed in the centre of Rotorua for a few nights in a high rated hotel near the Lake. Yes, it had a better view and location yet it was dirty and the cost was more than twice the cost of the Ramada. So I loved that it was super clean, staff were very good, room service was super tasty and everything was reasonably priced.
