The accommodation was warm and clean and everything was provided eg breakfast cereals, milk and all the toiletries. The wifi connection was fantastic too. My most favourite part was the personal touch with the WHITTAKER'S chocolates on the bed (the best chocolate). The place also smelt absolutely wonderful and makes the stay even more comfortable.

Breakfast was good. The room was noisy due to loud guests and some road noise. Hosts went to no end of trouble to make us feel welcomed. The single bed needed replacing but everything else was good.

Great small breakfast included. Very spacious. Super friendly hosts. We enjoyed walking around the garden & pond. Great stop off location when driving from Lake Taupo to Bay of Islands. Garden furniture right outside the room.
