Beautifully designed and located private cottage for a couple tucked into lovely rainforest in a valley at the bottom of farmland. Buying food or eating out requires a bit of a drive and it is good to check in and unload in daylight so you know the long entrance track before you return from dining out.
Featuring garden views, Mangawhai Modern features accommodation with a shared lounge and a patio, a 5-minute walk to Mangawhai Village and its shops, cafes and swimming spot.

Loved our stay in the 2 bedroom heritage apartment. View off the deck was just magic. A peaceful, quiet stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds.

Host was accomodating, room wasn't private enough for us as it was positioned next to the shared deck and garden and the sound of people talking and builders next door was quite audible in the unit.
