Staff crew were as the manager, helpful and respectful to us Always trying to help mostly when the first night arriving quite late, we were in a very small and old room. The day after a calm talk, they proposed to us a much bigger room.Thames surrounding is well located and calm.. Breakfast was sufficient and good.
