The B&B is excellent value for money, and it is clear that the hosts take a lot of pride in what they offer. Some of the decor is a little dated, but it is the abundance of little extras that make this B&B stand out. Things like finding a stroopwafel to have with coffee when we got back to the room, or the wide selection of condiments offered with the breakfast. There is a huge amount of space and it feels more like staying at a friend's place than a commercial property. The location by the station is good, and within easy reach of the main amenities in town.
I was also stunned at how reasonable the "mini bar" prices were. It's a small assortment but there is no price gouging here. I even had the feeling the owners were not making anything on the offers, but just provided it as a convenience to their guests.
