There are 2 main attractions one can enjoy in KOTA TINGGI: 1. a river cruise to see the fireflies, 2. to see the waterfalls in the surroundings. Once we were in the town, we were told that we could not visit the waterfalls, because they were currently "under maintenance" (???) - July/August 2022.

Nice place to enjoy nature.
Nice place to enjoy nature. We had so much things planned but had so little time. The waterfall was awesome but the cleanliness can be better as monkeys were seen messing the leftover food on the table left by visitors. We also had Muslim Pulled Noodles cooked by authentic Chinese Muslim chefs which reminds us of our trip to Xi'an! We'll come back again for sure!
