The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also give me some travel tips. The location is quite far from the city centre. But if you plan it well enough, you shouldn't have any problem with that. There is a bus stop nearby. Bus line 3 and 213 pass there. The breakfast is good. They set the table on the rooftop which you can also enjoy the harbour view. The neighbourhood is quiet.

The apartment is big and clean, kids aprecciated the bunk beds a lot.. it was great there was a big bottle of water waiting for us (and cookies ;) as we didnt know the tap water in Malta is not drinkable. The key was ready, the owner communicated well via whatsapp.

You feel like a part of Malta living here. Easy to experience the day to day life and history of the area. Very relaxing and you can travel easily by bus to any destination in Malta via Valetta.....around 25 mins by bus. Nice small shops and cafes to find what you need or like.

In Kalkara, history and modernity are mixed. Here is real life and real locals. It is very interesting to watch There are no crowds of tourists. . About 20 minutes by bus and you are in the center of Valletta, where life boils or 20 minutes on foot and you are in Birgu another mysterious Maltese city I recommend to those travelers who want to explore the city and the country from the inside.

This is a lovely apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. the view is unbeatable and we loved sitting out I. the evening watching the sun go down and the old city walls opposite lighting up. Christian goes out of his way to help if anything problems. It is near the bus stop so easy to get into Valletta and everywhere on the island. Also easy to walk to the 3 cities.
