The room was very large, felt like the size of an apartment. The outdoor pool area was equally spacious and very rustically beautiful. The hotel food was delicious, we had a chicken tagine for lunch which was great. Staff were also very helpful when it came to booking a range of activities.

We had a great stay here, staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. Room was clean and just what we needed. Food and drinks were good and free flowing. They have a shuttle bus that takes you in to the centre takes about 20 minutes. The pool and activities are great, you can play tennis, Bowels, ping pong and they even have board game that you can borrow, the evening entertainment was really good, something for everyone.

Room was spacious and the price/value was great. It even had a nice little kitchen with a couch corner.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and overall, it was a good experience. The family room we stayed in was spacious and had a nice balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view.
However, there were a few issues that we encountered during our stay. The door that was supposed to separate the rooms didn't work properly, and there was a gap that allowed us to see through to the other side. This lack of privacy was a bit disappointing.
Despite this issue, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were decent. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and spacious accommodation option.

Although out of town, it is only 20 minutes by car into the chaos of Marrakech. There is a free shuttle bus in the morning or a car can be arranged for about £8. The property and rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, the staff extremely friendly, the food good and the hotel represents excellent value for money.
