Very quiet place with a beautiful view over the bay. Within walking distance of the open air museum (definitely worth a visit). The price is very reasonable.

Since we were travelling to attend an event in Kaunas Arena, the location was very suitable for our needs, it took approximately 15 minutes to reach the arena in a slow walk. The hotel was really nice, we enjoyed the old-timey wooden interiors, the rooms were warm and cozy (which was important since it was winter), all the necessary facilities were there. We also ordered breakfast which was pretty nice.
