The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location on the beautiful Mirissa beach is a plus, however this comes with an disadvantage due to its proximity to the Beach Club. It was very difficult to sleep in the weekend, their party lasts until sunrise. Just to be clear, I am referring to the neighboring beach club, not the beach club of the hotel.

Location - Not on the beach! Highly misunderstood by all who book per staff! Should be visible in display! Not a big deal as 200 meters away. Room and Bathroom ( novel and loved the shower ) are good except bed mattress wasn’t comfortable ! No refrigerator ! Never offered until at check out asked. Breakfast was hopeless! Sea food restaurant was closed. However the staff was nice and attentive and that compensated ! It has potential ! However, quiet and peaceful ! The rate should have been like 7K ! However, please give them Biz and the hotel has potential to turn around! Written in good faith. Need Concierge guidance to inform where to go. I guess they are limited in recommendations or have the know how!

I should explain that there are 2 Villas with the same name, side by side, with each Villa having 5 rooms. There were 11 of us staying in the Villa, so we 7 rooms booked. This meant that we had one full villa to ourselves and 2 rooms in the adjoining villa. As agreed in advance with the owner, we used the one villa for our food and spend the leisure time there also. The Villa exceeded all our expectations, from the Villa itself, the staff, the food and the customer service. Rooms were exceptional and the staff cooked a fantastic meal for the 11 people on our last night, that had us all wanting to stay longer. The Villa and garden area with the pool were maintained every day and everything was in pristine condition all the time. Breakfast every morning for the 3 days was a feast, with nothing an issue for the kitchen staff. We would all highly recommend this Villa, especially if you have a group that will occupy all 5 rooms in the Villa and have it to yourself.
