All the staff members were helpful and courteous. Beautiful pool. We stayed in a cabin type room and it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and meals were good. They arranged rental bicycles for us and we had a great time going around the town and the surrounding villages.

Amazing open air bathroom from the deluxe bungalow. The resort is nice and very peaceful, each bungalow has a private sitting area in front that is very nice. The staff is super friendly and the main eating covered terrace is very nice. The food was very good but we would have appreciated some SriLankan food instead of Italian. Super easy to arrange Kite Surfing lessons. We loved the morning yoga lessons, the quiet and the access to massages.

It was absolutely peaceful. Which is exactly what I was looking for. The very best best thing is the staff. They absolutely spoiled me with the most delicious Sri Lankan food I have ever had. They really wanted to take care of me like I was their favorite child. The pool is gorgeous, and again so serene. I loved the fact that their two dogs were very well cared for and completely healthy. Honestly, this is not a common thing.

The location was superb. The building faced a sandy, private beach and there were beach chairs/ small huts and hammocks outside to relax. The rooms were spacious with all the necessary amenities. The staff were also very friendly.

We were very disappointed with the dulux room which we were initially allocated. The were 4 beds in a double room. It was very dirty, rusted chairs, stained table, badly stained curtains and dirty bathroom. Pictures were sent to the owner and he upgraded us the next day to another building which were much better with a cost of £30 extra daily fro the 2 rooms we had booked. The place itself is in the middle of nowhere and is accessed by a dirt and very bouncy road. No snorkelling or swimming could be enjoyed in the muddy‘lagoon’

Beautiful beaches, almost empty because it is not the season. We spent only two days but to explore all at least 3 four days are necessary. As for food not much options were available and did not see any well functioning restaurants in town. The resorts have their own restaurants but everything looks pretty basic due to low tourist count I guess these days

beautiful, quiet and almost untouched on the beaches it was like being on a desert island but with some creature comforts. don't expect to walk to too many places for drinks and restaurants as most places are resorts and there are only a few beach bars in a couple of areas.
do the ocean activities, and definitely learn to kite surf!!!!! its amazing.

The place is really far away from everything else, so it's important to stay here a while. The wonderful thing about the place is that basically there is nothing but a beach and a lagoon, perfect for kitesurfing. If you have a diving license you can also see the reef.
Choosing to stay there during our initial days in Sri Lanka was a wise decision, offering immediate relaxation and peace. The property's well-maintained exterior featured a spacious garden, serene lagoon, and a nearly private beach on the opposite side. Borrowable kayaks added to the experience. The food was a highlight, with every detail considered in its preparation, especially the delicious dinners and breakfasts, along with refreshing smoothie bowls. The attentive staff further enhanced our stay.
This is the place to stay if you are visiting kalpitiya. The room is simple but has all the needed materials to have a good night sleep. Highlight of the property is the owner Meryl, his wife and kids. Meryl arranged us bicycles to ride around for 1000 LKR and helped us getting a tuktuk in the morning to the bus station (which was cheaper than taking it by ourselves when we first got there). Overall great experience.
Amazing location right at the beach. The water was brownish but for swimming it was fine. The kite surf was well organised. The food in the restaurant is ok (breakfast was the best) but don't expect authentic sri lankan food. Drinks (especially water) were overpriced and didn't come at all or an hour after you ordered. But in general a great place to hang out and stay for a few days.
It's a nice hotel with nice staff 😉. They are providing a child meals as per our wish. Specially i want to mention it's free of charge 😊. Staff is ready to help you when you need any help. Believe me they never say NO or CAN'T 👍.

The staff is really nice and helpful, I had a good time staying in this hotel! It is literally on the beach and you can see the numerous kite surfers not so far away. I did my scuba diving license in the diving center just across the street and there are some beautiful locations to dive. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and totally worth the price
We had a great few days at Araliya. Location is perfect halfway between Kalpitiya/Kudawa beach and Kalpitiya town so could walk to both. Rooms were very comfortable and Harshan and his family were lovely, helpful, very kind and great to chat with. Food was delicious, we will definitely return again. Thank you 🙏
we are very happy with kite asia resort sri lanka. owner is friendly man. great breakfast .kite talks cafe inside of resort .yummy foods available there .spicily sea food. really nice place . room and gardener vary well. the resort is located center of kite schools. Everything is good
Small boutique hotel which feels more like a Villa. Very personalised service given by Shakthi. Rooms are huge with very large beds, bathroom were clean. Amazing sea view from the large balconies.
One of the best beaches I have seen in Sri Lanka.
Kalpitiya is amazing, quiet, authentic. It s not very touristic yet. The neighbourhood is so cool you really feel like leaving in Sri Lanka and not in tourist village. The outside of the hotel are great. Kids loved to live on the beach.
it should be mentioned, that the hotel is neibouring to wind power plant. The general concept of the hotel is fine but siting 10 meters from huge fan is not relaxing. The hotel is located on the empty beach. the food was great.
The hotel is on the beach front and is secluded, which makes it very private. The pool is a bonus and the small number of rooms gives the hotel an intimate feel. The rooms were spacious and well appointed.
This is the place who can eat best food and it was amazing .This place attractive at night. The food quality ,sea views and the hotel ambience is pretty nice.Customer service is good. Highly recommended!
Very friendly staff - amazing breakfast - one of the best during our 3 month stay in Sri Lanka. Nice bungalow with outdoor shower was a plus. Very comfortable bed. Beach was clean and safe to swim.
A beautiful hotel in a charmig location! Attentive staff! The best Food we had in Sri Lanka! Thank you Johanna and Robi and team for a memorabel stay!❤️
