The room with a pool access was better than on pictures. Better than what we would expect. Felt very private with amazing design details. But what was truly spectacular was the service. The personnel at the hotel went above and beyond. I can confidently say it is the best service I’ve ever encountered, and I have traveled a lot. This is a service that goes beyond service - it is a true experience that also feels very genuine. I’d be back for sure.

beautiful hotel the Service, food and decor all great for us. Room well equipped with basic amentities and comfortable. we love the pool and the cocktails during happy hour and onsite restuarant were nice as well. staff were very nice and polite :)

The property is stunning, very beautiful, clean and calm. The apartments were very big and comfortable. Our highlight were the people and the additional service: from free afternoon tea to fruit in the room to the option of showering in another room after checkout when we came back from Angkor Wat. Really great experience for a great price! They even prepared a nice breakfast package for us that we could pick up before heading for the sunrise tour.
