24 hour reception when coming in late on a flight so good as a stop over place before moving on. Reasonably comfortable basic room and room was a decent size. Helpful and friendly staff.

Despite our late arrival, the staff were very welcoming and even prepared a dish for us from the menu, at an additional cost of course.
Very surprising the calm and silence for an excellent night, given that our flight was very early in the morning and the free shuttle, great.
Obviously it's an old fashioned guest house, although it has been renovated, which catapulted us 25 years ago, when we were traveling with our bags... times change, so don't expect all the comforts of a 5 star, but the essentials are there, clean room.
To be early at the airport, it's really a very good compromise.

Perfect location for me, 5 minutes from some business meetings I had in Kandal. Friendly staff, clean, large room and the food was delicious. The Red Snapper well as especially good. Will stay there again next time in the area and give the gym and pool a try. Spot on.

The swimming pool was very nice with a baby pool and a big pool, very clean water and the food we had for dinner and breakfast was amazing.

Overall was very good. The breakfast was applicable for a hotel, not so many varieties but there were a few fruits and other few options. We liked the harmony the place set us in, nice calming music and good staff. The room was what we expected and the pool it was nice, clean and cold water. :) We also had a few snacks at the pool from the Hotel restaurant which were tasty.
