The room was lovely - a traditional sort of look but with all modern practicalities. The staff were brilliant and let us store our luggage the morning of arrival ahead of check-in so we could look around Osaka. They also helped us book a taxi to our next destination during check-out.
The accommodation offers a free meditation session on Friday and Saturday evenings that we weren't able to attend due to other commitments, but looked really good. All standard amenities provided (towels, PJs, slippers, toiletries, etc.).
The location was good and relatively close to public transport and convenience stores. We had no trouble sleeping, though the area felt a little louder at night than other Japanese cities we stayed in.
