The desk was 24hours and despite some difficulties in speaking English the person there really did do his best to try and help me with something I needed to get done, and was very friendly about it even at midnight. After that I was given a room all to myself even though I booked a bunk bed in a dorm style room, and the facilities were excellent. Next what happened was amazing in terms of service. There was an issue with the request I made when I arrived so the hotel went out of their way in a BIG BIG way to help me sort out the predicament I was in. I've stayed at a bunch of hotels and havn't experienced such level of service. It was very memorable and I would be sure to stay the property again given the chance.
