Big room in an older style hotel which caters to western travellers and is almost on airport.
Fabulous buffet dinner - lots of variety, great salads and fruit choices and a wide variety of main dinner choices and desserts + at a reasonable price per head. Due to early flight we did not have time for breakfast but really appreciated the early free shuttles to international airport. Cheaper than staying in Tokyo an extra night and we were able to arrive on a late afternoon express train and have a good night's sleep before the flight.

Efficient check-in, literally 5 minutes walk from Terminal 1 and good shuttle service to Terminals 2 & 3. The buffet breakfast was excellent value, coffee very good. I can recommend the Airport Gozen for dinner despite sounding unexciting in English, delicious dishes of soup, salmon, mackerel, pork and rice. You can take the Skyliner from Terminal 1 to Ueno Square in just over an hour. Perfect airport hotel.

I only stayed 10hrs (overnight) but had the impression that I should return one day and explore the area as it is spacious and the hotel I stayed at was awesome! It looked quite rural in parts and original housing so was quite a treat to bus through on way to the airport. I would love to list what they offer but at this stage I don't know. One day I will ! It seems to offer huge potential for overseas travellers or city to country travellers. I think I've missed out on a lot this time.

Narita is a charming and friendly little city. We didn't have time to explore everything about it. Known for its temples there is every opportunity for good photos. Loads of places and choices to eat.

We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.

I live and work in Japan.
I live and work in Japan. I usually discourage people from flying into Narita, as its location is very inconvenient. One can usually save 1 hour travel time by flying into Haneda airport instead.
That being said, some flight connections or airlines only work via Narita, and it is a very nice and clean airport with good shops.
And if you have a connecting flight to somewhere else in Japan, Narita will do just as well as any other airport.

This hotel is the perfect location if travelling on to another area in Japan. It is fantastic for a "stop over" sleep. Next visit we will stay a little longer and explore the hotel a bit better. Staff were fantastic and the free shuttle from the airport is fantastic as well.

If you are 1st timer coming to Japan make sure to have planned trip where u want to visit. The best thing to have is iphone wallet where u can get easy access to SUICA card if your planning to use metro.
The most obvious advantage of this hotel is its location. Everyone who stays there only does so to get to the airport quickly the next morning. The shuttle service to Narita Airport works perfectly. The room had three quite large and comfortable beds - however, it was already quite full (but not unusual for Japan). The good pillows are particularly positive. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was very varied (the croissants really great!) and well organised. The management of the suitcases sent there in advance worked perfectly.
I booked this hotel to catch early flight next day, didn't expect that it is very near to a main train station which is only about 15' from Narita Airport. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service which runs quite frequent and does not take much more time than train. In the end we decided to take the shuttle bus, bus is super clean, the driver and her assistant are very friendly and helpful.
Similar to other APA hotels that we were staying, everything here is well organised and clean, staffs are friendly and polite.
Good property at convenient location if you are alighting late at Tokyo Narita airport or if you are departing very early in the morning as the hotel is just located at the basement of terminal 2 Narita airport.
For the fee I paid I think it was of decent standard and clealiness. The capsule hotel provides anything that you basically need for 1 or 2 night stay. They provide tooth brush, face and large bath towels, yukata and slipper, also a locker big enough to accomodate two lugguages.
Simple, clean and pleasant little hotel near the Narita stations, which connect directly with the airport and within walking distance from restaurants in the city. Glad I stayed here instead of the hotels in the airport area - those might have had a shuttle service but then in the evening you would not have been able to walk around, instead I walked to a very nice meal and a sense of the Saturday night vibe in town. Very nice breakfast in sunny common room.
I really liked this hotel. Spacious room with very comfortable bed, and a nice view. Super friendly, English speaking staff. Free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport. Nice calm surroundings; you can walk to the rice fields. And there are plenty of restaurants in the area, also Thai and Indian. You can also go to the spa (2 minutes walk from the hotel), which is nice. Note that in Japan, people with a tattoo are not allowed to enter the spa.
The hotel has a great shuttle service from the airport AND a free shuttle service into town which was great because Narita is a really cute Japanese town. The bathroom is nice and large as is the room. It's a much nicer place to stay than Tokyo. They helped get my bags to my room. They have a Lawson convenience store in the hotel which is great too. Loved the free and easy wi-fi.
I stay at this hotel every time I have to fly from Narita airport, the location and the shuttle bus service are very convenient. The front desk staff are exceptional, they are very helpful and remembered my family even after a year. The playroom and pool are perfect for guests traveling with small children. The price is very reasonable, I will obviously stay there again.
We booked this hotel the night before our morning flight from Narita airport. The free shuttle bus is very convenient. The included Japanese style breakfast is quite extensive for the price point of the room. The room was comfortable enough for 1 night before our flight and we didn't have much noise from the airport. The 24h Lawson convenience store is also very nice.
It is an airport hotel that’s about 20 minutes from Narita International. There was a smart tv in the room that allowed us to sign into our Netflix. And the view was surprisingly nice. There’s a 7 Eleven located inside the hotel. Hotel shuttle that takes you to the airport is very convenient.
This is a great airport hotel option. Easy free transportation to and from Narita, very comfortable rooms and beds, well-equipped with toiletries and coffee and tea. The restaurant offers many dinner options beyond the Italian buffet, and the food was good. Breakfast buffet was very nice.
I loved having a convenience store right in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth buying. I think the shuttle service to the Aeon Mall and airport is a great perk. I have stayed at other hotels in the Narita and always come back to Nikko/
Walking distance to Narita Airport . They do have shuttle bus from airport to hotel and vice versa. We walk to the airport and take bus to Aeon Mall from there. There is a very delicious halal food restaurant at the mall.
The hotel room is huge and very clean.
Excellent location only 5 minutes from Narita airport with free shuttle buses to and from several times every hour. The hotel was clean, very reasonably priced and even included free breakfast. Highly recommend!
Stay was the night before a flight home. Hotel was great location to access train from Tokyo and Narita Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location to explore Narita for the day.
It's our second time staying here, and we love it! We also love the breakfast here. This will now be our go-to hotel every time we have to stay closer to Narita airport to catch flights!
We stay at this hotel everytime we fly in and out of Narita. Super close to the airport. Shuttle to and from the airport also JR Narita station and Aeon mall.
This property has shuttle to Narita airport every 20 -30 minutes for free. room spacious and clean. One of recommend hotel to stay around Narita airport
