The staff and location were amazing for us. We didn't want to stay in the city center, but wanted easy access to everything. The staff were so helpful with every detail! The breakfast was great with just enough variety for us. Having laundry was also helpful.

I have stayed multiple times at this apartment complex aka hotel. It is very basic but with a full-style Japanese kitchen and all what you need (pans, hotplate etc). Close to two train stations and many izakaya, ramen shops, and other restaurants.
