The host is super nice and very welcoming. He brought us back to the centre after my boyfriend hurt himself badly the previous day. He also speaks good English. The room was cosy and warm. Beds were very comfy. The bathroom has a deep bath tub and very hot water. Amenities are provided as well. I would definitely recommend staying there.

I loved the onsen bath, cold plunge and sauna. It was very clean and modern. They also had free amenities like razors and so forth. I also appreciated the fact that they had free drinking water available in the bathing area. Staff was also very friendly and the hotel itself is new and well decorated.
