It was my first experience with hot springs and I enjoyed them a lot. Why not a full smile for bed: my arthritis and futon were not the best friends, haha! But that was not hotel's fault. But I managed well enough. And I have never had a more beautiful view from a hotel window.KatriinaFinland

The management kindly offered to change room and we were upgraded for free to a much larger room. A big thank to the hotel and shame on Booking.com for not advertising the smoking / non-smoking option more clearly.
