Personnel was incredibly kind throughout and made me feel very welcome. For instance, he provided me with an umbrella when it was raining and he ordered a taxi when I was in a rush. English was not a strength but he made sure to make up for that with excellent manners. Otherwise, great room, very clean and comfortable. Free coffee and more available.

The authentic Japanese and modern hybrid touch and the style of the room and bathroom. The location is super close to everything (attraction , convenient stores, vibrant allies and the river) and still very quiet and relaxing. The hotel itself is very small so you also feel and enjoy the tranquility of it. The staff who we haven’t actually met was very helpful and super responsive via booking messaging platform.
