Absolutely amazing experience. This place exceeded our expectations in all aspects. We spent 3 nights in the “Deluxe Villa” (“C”), a 66 m2 wooden house amidst the subtropical forest of Southern Okinawa. On arrival, we were greeted by Ken, the manager, who gave us a clear overview and recommendations for things to do and to eat in the area. He also showed us two e-bikes, which can be used free of charge during the stay. The place has a beautiful natural garden, which goes all the way up the hill with a great view. The house/villa had a modern, sophisticated style, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen area, own parking space and - most importantly - a balcony with stunning sea view. We were extremely lucky that our stay coincided with the local, small-scale (food truck) festival which took place on the premises of Villa Sachibaru. A fantastic local experience. We will definitely be back.

Staying at Mibara Pension was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the place immediately caught my eye. Its interior felt very homely, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. I noticed many foreign guests, which gave the pension a vibrant and diverse ambiance. A highlight was the cool event at a nearby cafe on Saturday evening, which was a pleasant surprise.
