The location very near the train station was very convenient. The sticker system to let the host know if you want your sheets changes and rubbish cleared. Or leaving your towels out in a bag for it to be replaced without entering the room. Breakfast provided is plain with just toast with the occasional sweet buns. Amazing room with a hot tub equipped with jacuzzi function and bath also equipped with jaccuzi function. Also in the room was a king size bed, massage chair, old game consoles and a big tv. The room was very clean and neatly organized. The location was about an hour away from popular destinations like akihabara using public transport. There is also a 7/11 nearby and a katsuya and yukinoya. Do keep in mind that the staff don’t speak english so make sure you have a translation app to use when checking in and out.
