We had a lovely stay! The staff was extremely helpful and nice, we were driven from and to the Izu Kogen railway station. The room was clean and modern, with a beautiful view on the graden. The hotel is a great starting point for Yogosaki Trail and Mount Omuro. In addition, there is the goodest boy in the hotel - golden retriever Nagi, who is friendly and you can pet him. We totally recommend this place!

This place is a real gem. Clean, comfortable, great view, great facilities, parking in front of the house. We had a great time using the hot plate to make Teppanyaki and having breakfast on the terrace. There was a coffee grinder and beans to make fresh drip coffee.

The hotel is extremely close to Mishima JR Station, and there are several restaurants and bars around it. It is a good spot for you to take buses to other touristic locations in the region. The property is cosy and the hotel staff is one of the best I seen in Japan in terms of their attitude and service. Even they are not able to speak very fluent English, they tried their best to accommodate us and used their mobile to translate their information to us. Their manager Yoshihiro Inada is very professional and good in his service. The breakfast is homely and delicious too. I will rebook this hotel if I visit Shizuoka again.
