Helpful staff at the public bath. Room slippers were accidentally taken away by another person but she immediately presented with a new pair.
3-person bedroom was slightly bigger and better than my first stay 2 days before. So there was more room to manoeuvre.

Your concierge is excellent, Ms Harada, who spoke very good English, and organised taxi tours for us. She worked very hard to make sure it was what we wanted. Please thank her. The hotel is very convenient for trains, and we will use it again if we return to Sapporo.
