I liked the staff, they were incredibly helpful and kind! Also the place was very nice, we were always greeted with a smile, room was always stocked with water and paper towels.
When we first checked in there was a leftover dish in the fridge from a previous guest. We let the front desk know and they were incredibly apologetic and send us a bunch of amenities.
Also, due to United cancelling all flights to the Middle East, they extended our stay an extra night.
The closed rooftop pool of Regency Palace offers 360-degree views over Amman. The hotel is centrally located close to the business district of Shmeisani.
