The location is very convenient, we immediately found the hotel, we got a direct bus from the railway station.
The hotel is quiet, cosy and clean, the receptionist showed us a huge balcony for smoking. The room was spacious and clean!
The man at the reception kindly told us how to get to the island Venice, described all the options of routes, in general, without him we would have a day and a half or half, we would have figured it all out!
He called us a taxi in the evening on the eve of departure! The taxi driver was also very kind!
Only the best impressions!

The hotel was very nice. The location is great - close to the train station where you can catch a train to Venice and close to the centre of Mestre. The rooms were clean and spacious. A big plus is the availability of parking, but be aware that there is a charge of 8€ per day.
Zelarino is a great discovery. We had previously stayed in Mestre which was complicated for driving around and parking. Zelarino is close enough to Venice with regular and good public transport. It is a peaceful and friendly neighbour hood with a few simple restaurants, cafe for breakfast and artisan ice cream shop . It is good for parking and a wonderful place to unwind after overwhelming beauty and busyness of Venice.
Very friendly and nice receptionist. The bedroom and bathrom are big enough and it was all perfectly clean. Breakfast on the buffet was pretty good and enough to choose from - even if there is nothing special compared to some other B&B locations. Coffee was served on order, for free. A private parking lot, which is included, is directly behind the house. Round about 10-15 minutes by car to go to Venice (parking Tronchetto). In total a very good hotel for a good price.
Location is good, easy enough to find with the car.
The is a big free parking which is a big plus!
Staff was really nice and helpful.
We got a lot of towels, shampoos and soap.
We got the keys to the lobby so it wasn't problem to come late at night to the hotel. We also got number to call if we run in any sort of problem.
it’s a nice and cozy hotel and everything is very clean. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in case of questions. the location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Venice, which we did. you can take the bus right in front of the hotel and in approx 30 min you are in the city.
The hotel is in a quiet residential area, very peaceful and friendly. A great place to unwind after a day in Venice. Restaurant right next door and free parking. Helpful staff and bus stop for Venice virtually on the door step. When driving easy to get to from the motorway.
Very convenient location. A bus stop is right next to the hotel, from where you can easily get to Venice. Opposite the hotel is a shop where you can buy travel tickets.
The rooms were clean, washed every day. Soap, hair dryer, towels are available.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Liked the very convenient bus stop to make travel to Venice easy. Just parked the car in the hotel carpark and travelled to/from Venice via public transport.
Such a nice place, with great staff, they are so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here on our trip to Venice.
Venice is easy to reach. The bus stops next to the hotel, which then puts you down next to the vaporetto station.
We liked that the hotel was close to the airport. The hostess was kind and helpful to print out our airplane tickets. The room was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Plenty of room on site for parking.
The smell of the clean and fresh air will make you want to visit the hotel again. Hygiene is at the highest level. A small hotel with a good and quiet location. 👍 for the hotel staff and owner.
Great hotel and friendly staff. Own parking for cars is available. There is a bus stop nearby to get to Venice.
We bought tickets for public transport at the reception, which is very convenient.
