This experience has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Bernie the concierge was absolutely amazing!! He showed great passion in his job and made us feel really comfortable. He added a very nice personal touch with every request. I cannot fault this hotel at all whatsoever! I absolutely loved the Italian Style of the furniture and the marble as you walk into the lobby.
