The view, from an elevated position, over the valley - looking over to Pescia, Collodi etc - was very special. There was a large kitchen/living area which was available to all the guests. Our bedroom was well-appointed and had an en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was traditional Italian and served on a patio overlooking the plain below.

Such a calming, restful, and pleasurable place to stay. Our welcome was friendly, the staff were incredibly helpful and the owners very charming and thoughtful. Our room was spacious, clean and well looked after. Even when the hotel was checking in a large group of people and the restaurant was full, an air of calm competence was maintained and the gentle hum of people created a lovely atmosphere.

Hotel was nice we was on a business trip but the spa in the evening was a nice touch. Walking distance from nice town although we would not recommend walking back in the dark as we did. Easy parking on road outside hotel.

The size of the room exceeded our expectations and had a good size balcony with fantastic views of surrounding mountains and Montecatini Alto. The room was spotlessly clean and there was a great size fridge in the room.
All staff were so helpful and friendly. They provided great local and travel advice and nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast choice was really good with a great range of cereals and hot and cold buffets. The selection of local artisan bread and cheeses was a great bonus. The dining room was also spotless. We had an evening meal on our first night and we found the menu to be excellent, the food was of very high quality and the prices were very reasonable. The outdoor pool looked great but the weather was just too cold to try it. The location is only a couple of minutes walk from the funicular to Montecatini Alto and 10 mintues walk from the local park and Terme Tettuccio (a must see but check opening times - we were very lucky to enter on our last day) and 15 minutes from the town centre. All really nice walking through the park.
