everything was perfect for a first stop in northern Italy after our long trip from Belgium. the place was great, 20 m for a very good restaurant, 40 m for a gelateria and 100 m for a drink on the lac majeur ! Giuli was so nice to us ! Definitely a great place

Really good rooms (spacious, clean, and fresh, with good sized balcony), great views all around, wonderful food, and a lovely family. A nice location, too, to walk around or to explore from.

This place is a hidden gem. First of all, it does possess that unique feeling of a roadside BnB.
Second — the lakeshore location is very peaceful and very beautiful!
The breakfast was also good, staff was pleasant and helpful.
