The Hotel in a perfect position overlooking the beach with a wonderful view of the walled city. We had a lovely room with a spa on our balcony that was great. The receptionist’s were very friendly and informative. A good breakfast included.

We slept well, the bed was big and comfortable. All the staff was great and helpful. The hotel is old, but it has a '70 style very different to find around, you feel like in a Kubrick movie.
Perfect location, close to everything: station, seaside, restaurants, free parking places.
Enjoy a more independent holiday experience at Residenza Sveva. Try the new ‘albergo diffuso’ concept, where hotel rooms and facilities are spread around the town, in 4 central locations.

I booked this room last minute for 2 nights, as I had work to do and some meetings online. I had a double room. Facilities were new, fresh and very clean.
Location was fantastic! There is supermarket across the road, and while I didnt have a fridge (a mini fridge in the room would have been good) I was able to buy some fruit / yoghurt and some lunch things that I ate in the "breakfast room".
"contactless" check in, but was very easy.
Was able to check in early, which was much appreciated.
Room had a little balcony, and coffee/tea available in the breakfast room.
Wifi was fantastic, successful work day.
Location is so great to wander the streets of Termoli.

It was horrible, I felt unsafe , the beach was dirty, i would never go back. The apartment owner deducted funds from our account for a damaged hotplate in the kitchen, which was not damaged when we vacated the property, then was impossible to contact this to discussed, they were a bunch of criminals and would never recommend them

We arrived in late September for one night enroute between Bologna and Lecce. Most of the beach activities had closed for the season but it was still warm and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean.
The old city was charming and a delight to walk around. If we are ever lucky enough to go back to Termoli we will stay two nights or if it is high summer three or four nights.

We really enjoyed Termoli.
We really enjoyed Termoli. It was a very charming town with wonderful coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. The clothing stores were wonderful too! Our host at our rental met with us and gave us a beautiful room with a nice beach view. The room was very comfortable too. We had a wonderful time and experience in Termoli!

Having stayed in San Salvo for years Termoli was a disappointment BUT my two sons and wife preferred Termoli to San Salvo! In San Salvo there is a lot going on lungomare and in the town. In Termoli I was shocked at how dead lungomare was at night. The centre was really busy and nice but there was very little going on in the piazza. In San Salvo there seemed to be music in the evening at the beach every night. Plus a fair and market! I'd probably try Vasto next, although the property we stayed at was great.

It is on the east coast of Italy.
It is on the east coast of Italy. Not the most popular tourist area however it was a lovely drive there from Venice. We took secondary highways to enjoy the scenery. It was also the off season for the beach but the scenery of the ocean was great!

Termoli was a pleasant surprise.
Termoli was a pleasant surprise. We only stopped here so that we could go to the Tremiti Islands for the day (well worth it). Termoli has a beautiful old town and port area plus great beaches and shopping.
We spent 1 week with family in these apartments. The owner met us, told us about the city, recommended beaches around and places to eat. The apartments met our expectations, the inside was renovated, many things were new. The balcony offers an interesting view of the city. Walk to the beach approx. 10-15 minutes, there is a grocery store nearby. During our stay there were some problems with hot water, but the owner quickly solved this problem. We were happy to spend our time in Termoli in these apartments.
Stellaris Apartrooms is an absolutely gorgeous new Aparthotel in Termoli. Our apartroom overlooked the gardens with a glimpse of the pool through the plants. This complex is "Palm Springs" in Termoli. Gorgeous architecture, beautifully furnished apartments. Beautiful pool area, lovingly maintained. The family that own this establishment are wonderful. If you are visiting Termoli or just passing through, do yourself a favour and book your accomodation here, you will not be disappointed.
We stayed at the Rivazzurra Homes in Termoli in May/June this year and had a truly memorable vacation!
Great resort, clean, beautiful view, amazing sunsets! What made it even more enjoyable and stress-free was our host, Antonella. She has a contagious smile, a good heart and incredible people skills - professional, kind, accommodating and thoughtful. Her staff is also very pleasant and helpful - great team!

A warm welcome, we received an explanation of the room complex, an explanation of the nearest beach.
Free parking on site. The place is secured by gates.
There was no coffee set but there was a fully equipped kitchen for use by the rooms.
There is a garden and a playground for children in the complex.
the property itself was so amazing. I was able to feel the real italian church. staff were amazing they were always helpful. bed is comfortable, room looks cool. it’s in the centre, so all good restaurant is around the hotel. also it is close to the port, so it was easy to take a ferry to go to Tremiti.
The breakfast was great & located just around the corner at a cafe. Micio was a wonderful host & so helpful with our luggage & telling us about Termoli. We loved the old city which wasn’t too far from the accommodation. Restaurants were great. The Termoli people were so friendly. We loved the town.
The host was wonderful! Such a delightful, professional, and welcoming person. The place was charming, comfortable and very special. Also, it is right in the old city, a few steps from the castle, the beach, and excellent eateries. Staying here was a dream!
I've already posted but would like to add that the owner/host is one of the happiest, most friendly person I've met in Italy. I would also add that the 4 Italy B&B's I've stayed in don't hold a candle to this one. It's the best.
Close to station and port - v convenient. Supermarket and good restaurants nearby.
Owner accommodating when our ferry was cancelled and agreed an extra night.
Termoli was more interesting than expected.
The flat was very spacious and well decorated, very cosy place. We really liked the vinyl player.
I left my scarf there and the host posted to my place in Italy free of charge. Breakfast was superb.
Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. The host, Azzurra, is very friendly and also speaks English. Typical Italian breakfast. The property is located in a nice area of Termoli.
Breakfast very nice and pleasant. Very convenient position from the car parking. Central position within Termoli old borough. Nice to have some water in the fridge to drink when you checkin.
Excellent location in the heart of Termoli. Overlooks a square buzzing with people and restaurants. Breakfast was at a local cafe - coffee and cornetto only but was very delicious.
Cosy hotel just by the beach and the old town and main street, the staff are wonderful, nice satisfying breakfast and plenty of free parking on the streets nearby
