Alloggio del Fiume - Le Vecchie Vasche, hotel in Sassa

Alloggio del Fiume - Le Vecchie Vasche, a property with a garden, is set in Sassa, 48 km from Rocca Calascio Fortress.

We loved everything about the B&B. The host Marianna was so lovely and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed, even coming in the evening to help out lighting the electric fire and supplying us with extra wood pellets. The grounds were well maintained and two very friendly dogs met us on arrival.

The food we had in restaurant, sorry can’t remember name, was the best. I had the best ever Ravioli And my husband had a black Angus steak which he said was superb. Definitely the best meal we’ve had in Italy so far.
