Very friendly staff. Grazia is a nice woman willing to help. Bedroom was perfect! Very warm and clean! View is amazing! Mattress is a bit hard but still nice. This hotel is so beautiful and modern, and the room was very comfortable and spacious. I was very tempted to buy the bathrobe! Also the breakfast is great, and the rooftop sauna was an excellent experience in winter. The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for restaurants and wine (which they also sell at the hotel - convenient!).
