Nature is beautiful, but the stuff of the hotel were absolutely mean and impolite

There is a warm and family atmosphere amongst the staff here that I have not experienced other hotels. There is a respectful calmness to the atmosphere in this old home. It felt like a respite hotel. I was able to relax and read in the common areas and in a quiet atmosphere outside by the pool. I relaxed in lounge chairs and enjoyed hot tea on the cold rainy days and still felt cozy and relaxed. The pool is very fresh and heated and feels so lovely to swim in. It was amongst my favourite thing to do. It feels like a very small boutique hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and there was A variety of foods of eggs, cooked prosciutto, fruits and granola, fresh sweet breads made that day and a coffee bar, fresh prosciutto, cheeses and toast. The rooms are very cosy and original in their paint and fresco‘s and furniture of a past time and period. I found my bed very firm and comfortable to sleep in, and the sheets were very soft and they had lovely cotton quilts with wool blankets. They gave me the original skeleton keys for your door and a clicker for the gate so you can leave and enter the property easily. My views of the Tuscana Hills were a daily reminder of God’s beauty and marvellous creation. The view was green on green on green
and the air was so fresh! Everything here is very lush in Tuscany and a feast for the eyes. The food is very fresh and delicious and they bring in local producers. This hotel is run by a very special group of people and family they were all warm and helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking for rest and a quiet place to put your feet up, enjoy good food in a quiet atmosphere this is the place. 💕
