Luca, and his hard working staff was amazing! Always there to take care of guests needs. Breakfast was great, best we’ve had in Tuscany. Excellent location, outside Volterra walls and easy parking. Fun mix of guests who talk to each other while enjoying the great patio. Awesome old house, loving maintained, recommend!

What an amazing spot! Minutes away from San Gimignano city centre! The staff was so helpful and responsive with booking tastings at nearby vineyards. The hotel was beautiful, great selection for breakfast!
